The lamp beads will generate heat during the operation of led outdoor lighting lamps. The internal temperature of the lamp is high and the heat dissipation is insufficient for a long time, which will reduce the service life of the lamp beads and reduce the brightness of the lamp beads, thereby reducing the lamp life. Many high-power LED project-light lamp beads are more evenly divided, so the heat generated by the work is also more dispersed, and it is easier to conduct heat out through the shell. Therefore, from the perspective of heat dissipation, LED projection lights with multiple beads are more stable than single LED floodlights.
The LED projection light is broken, mainly the light source and driver, the most important thing is that the light source and power supply are not good, and the problem is easy to cause. If you have a tool to check, you will know which is broken, and the general reasons why the LED projection light does not turn on:
(1) The power supply of the led projection light is broken and no electricity: the projection light power supply is mostly broken, and the power source is the light source providing stable working voltage.
(2) The LED light source is broken and does not turn on. Check to see if there is a black spot in the middle of the sealing glue of the lamp bead. This black spot is caused by two reasons. The first long time use, the temperature of the lamp bead is through the glue and The second reason for the formation of high-temperature phosphors is that the current of the power supply is too high, and the lamp beads themselves are open or necrotic.
(3) The solder joints of the led projection light wire are not energized due to virtual welding. The integrated lamp beads in the projection light are connected to two wires. Whether the lamp beads are welded, falsely welded or cold welded, and whether the power input line has a loose connection point and check whether the connecting wire of the drive is damaged or not.
(4) The LED projection light is flooded. This is because the waterproof treatment is not done properly. This result may cause the light source and power supply to be short-circuited.
